El gran error es pensar en español, crear una idea o pensamiento luego traducirlo y acomodarlo en parte perdiendo eficacia la comunicación en si, la idea es tener una tecla mental, y pensar en ingles para hablar en ingles, Conociendo el idioma en base, luego pensado, el resto viene solo.

My best is Building strong relationships with clients, searching for their needs and concerns, providing the best solution in the best appropriate way, respecting the service level agreement and meeting expectations,with the objective to exceed expectation.
